  3. Invoicing using Microsoft Suite & Excel: Invoicing involves creating and managing documents for billing customers for products or services rendered. Microsoft Excel is commonly used for creating and maintaining invoice templates, tracking payment status, and organizing financial data.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Customer service representatives need to be proficient in using Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, to generate, update, and maintain invoices accurately. Knowledge of spreadsheet formulas, data manipulation, and formatting is essential.
  5. Organization and Attention to Detail: Invoicing requires precision and attention to detail to avoid errors that could lead to payment delays or customer dissatisfaction. Maintaining well-organized records is crucial for efficient invoicing management.
